1. Fill the juice glass with ice cubes, vodka, worchester sauce, tabasco, lemon juice and pepper & salt
2. Add the tomato juice and stirr well with stirrer
3. Garnish: big beautiful selderi, lime part

CAIPIRINHA

Gather the equipment:
TUMBLER GLASS / STIRRER / MUDDLER / STRAW

1 SCOOP OF CRUSHED ICE – 8 ICE CUBES – 5CL BOMBAY GIN – 2 TEASPOON POWDER SUGAR – 1 LEMON FOR 3CL FRESH LEMON JUICE – SPARKLING/SODA WATER – 1 ORANGE SPIRAL FOR GARNISH

1. Make 3cl fresh lemon juice
2. Make orange spiral for garnish
3. Prepare karaf with soda
4. Make the long drink glass cold with crushed ice
5. Add 8 ice cubes + bols + powder sugar + lemon juice to mix glass
6. Close boston shaker and shake powerful
7. Delete crushed ice from long drink glass and strain gin fizz slowly into the glass
8. Add 1 ice cube to the glass
9. Add karaf with soda on pottery
10. Garnish: orange peel & stirrer (stirrer not on picture)
11. In front of guest: fill with soda until full

CLASSIC MARGARITA

Gather the equipment:

1. Make 2cl lemon juice

3. Make 3cl pineapple juice

6. Fill the cognac glass full of ice cubes and strain the cocktail into the glass

TEQUILA SUNRISE

Gather the equipment:

Gather the Ingredients
– 1/2 oz (3 parts) Tequila,
– 1/2 oz (1 part) Grenadine syrup
– 3 oz (6 parts) Fresh Pressed Orange juice
.
1. Fill the Tequila Glas with 6 Icecubes
2. Make 3 oz Fresh Orange Juice
3. Pour the tequila and orange juice into glass over ice
4. Add the grenadine, which will sink to the bottom.
5. Do not stir.
6. Garnish with Orange Wheel

MOJITO

Gather the Equipment:
HEAVY THICK MOJITO GLASS / MUDDLES / STIRRER / STRAW

Gather the ingredients:
– 15 MINT LEAVES
– 1 TEA SPOON CANE SUGAR
– 4.5 CL BACARDI RESERVA RUM
– 2 CL SIMPLE SYRUP
– 2PCS OF LIME FOR 4 CL LIME JUICE
– ¼ OF LIME WITH SKIN
– 2 SCOOPS OF CRUSHED ICE
– 10 MINT LEAVES FOR GARNISH – SODA

1. Clap the mint leaves (for better taste)
2. Put 15 mint leaves in heavy thick glass
3. Add cane sugar and muddle/stirr slowly and softly
4. Add bacardi + simple syrup + lime juice and squeezed part of ¼ lime (with skin)
5. Fill heavy thick glass with crushed ice
6. Top off with soda
7. Garnish with 10 mint leaves (no black spots on leaves)
8. Pinch mint leaves carefully for mint smell
9. Serve with straw

 

NEGRONI

Gather the Equipment:

1. Cut two orange parts from the orange and put in the tumbler glass
2. Crush with stirrer to create juice and orange taste

2. Make/take lime spiral
3. Fill martini glass with crushed ice to make it cold
4. Fill mix glass with vodka, cointreau, cranberry juice
5. Add simple syrup and lime juice
6. Add 10 ice cubes to boston shaker, close it and shake powerful
7. Strain cosmopolitan into martini glass without crushed ice
8. Garnish: lime spiral

DRY MARTINI

Gather the Equipment:
MARTINI GLASS / STIRRER / STRAINER / WOODEN COCKTAILSTICK

Gather the ingredients:
– 1 SCOOP CRUSHED ICE
– 12 ICE CUBES
– DRY VERMOUTH
– 6CL BOMBAY SAPPHIRE GIN
– 3 GREEN OLIVES
.
1. Make the martini glass cold with crushed ice
2. Fill the mixglass with 12 ice cubes and dry vermouth
3. Stirr till the icecubes are coated in the vermouth
4. Put strainer on the mix glass and throw away the vermouth (the less vermouth, the dryer the martini)
5. Add gin and stirr 10 seconds
6. Delete the ice from the martini glass and strain in the cold martini glass
7. Garnish: green olives on wooden stick

TOM COLLINS

Gather the Equipment:
LONG DRINK GLASS / BOSTON SHAKER / STRAINER / STRAW

– 5 CL BOMBAY SAPPHIRE GIN
– 1 LEMON FOR 2 CL LEMONJUICE

2. Add gin to the mix glass
3. Add the lemon juice + powder sugar to the glass

5. Strain tom collins into long dring glass filled with 7 ice cubes

8. Top off with soda in karaf in front of guest
9. Place karaf in left under corner of cocktail tray guest

3. Squeeze lime by hand into glass and put the lime inside
