Gather the ingredients:
– CRUSHED ICE
– 3 CL COGNAC
– 3 CL KAHLÙA
– 3 CL FULL CREAM MILK / FRESH / NO POWDER
– 10 ICECUBES
– RASPED NUTMEG
.
1. Fill martini glass with crushed ice
2. Put kahlua, cognac, and milk in boston shaker
3. Close boston shaker and shake long and powerful
4. Strain in cold martini glass (without crushed ice)
5. Garnish: rasped ‘nutmeg’

Gather the Equipment:
Big Cognac Glass, Matched, Coffee Spoon
.
Gather the Ingredients:
– 3 WHOLE, ROASTED COFFEE BEANS
– 1-2 OUNCES SAMBUCA
.
1. Pour the sambuca into a small, clear glass (Mai Tai)
2. Float the coffee beans on top and serve.

ESPRESSO MARTINI

Gather the Equipment:
Martini Glass, Strainer
.
Gather the Ingredients:
– 2 OZ VODKA
– 1/2 OZ SIMPLE SYRUP
– 1/2 OZ COFFEE LIQUEUR
– 1 OZ FRESHLY BREWED ESPRESSO
– GARNISH: 3 COFFEE BEANS
.
1. Add all of the ingredients into a shaker with ice and shake.
2. Fine-strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
3. Garnish with 3 coffee beans.

WHITE RUSSIAN

Gather the Equipment:
Old Fashion Glass without Dents

Gather the Ingredients:
– 2 OZ VODKA
– 1 OZ KAHLÚA
– 1 SPLASH HEAVY CREAM

1. Add the vodka and Kahlúa to an Old Fashioned glass with ice.
2. Top with the heavy cream.
3. Do not Stir

BLACK RUSSIAN

Gather the Equipment:
Old Fashion Glass
.
Gather the Ingredients:
– 2 OUNCES VODKA
– 1 OUNCE KAHLÚA

1. Add all the ingredients into a mixing glass with ice and stir
2. Strain into an Old Fashioned glass over fresh ice

Irish Coffee Lombok Style.

Gather the Equipment:
Irish Coffee Glass (same like Singapore Sling = Old Beer Glass)
.
Gather the Ingredients:
– 4 OUNCES COFFEE (STRONG, RICH; BREWED, HOT)
– 1 1/2 OUNCE ​IRISH WHISKEY
– 2 TEASPOONS ​BROWN SUGA
– 1 OUNCE HEAVY CREAM (LIGHTLY WHIPPED)
– LOMBOK FRESHLY GRATED NUTMEG
– THREE COFFEE BEANS

1. Place the brown sugar into a warm Irish coffee glass, mug, or other heat-proof glass.
2. Add the coffee and stir until dissolved
3. Add the Irish whiskey and stir again
4. Float the lightly whipped heavy cream on top by pouring it over the back of a spoon
5. Do not stir again. Instead, drink the coffee through the cream
6. Garnish: Freshly Grated Nutmeg + Three Coffee Bean

– 2 OZ CACHAÇA
– 3/4 OUNCE LEMON JUICE
– 1/3 OZ HONEY TURMERIC SYRUP
– 1/3 OZ GINGER SYRUP
– CAYENNE PEPPER FOR GARNISH
– LEMON WHEEL, FOR GARNISH

1. Add all ingredients except garnishes to a shaker and fill with ice.
2. Shake and strain into a coupe glass.
3. Garnish with a lemon wheel and dust with cayenne pepper
