VICTORIA’S SECRET
Gather the Equipment:
TUMBLER GLASS / MUDDLER / STIRRER / STRAW
.
Gather the ingredients:
– 1 SLICE OF PINEAPPLE (delete middle/in small parts)
– ½ TEASPOON CANE SUGAR
– 2 CL CINNAMON SYRUP
– 2 CL SIMPLE SYRUP
– 4.5 CL DARK RUM
– 1 PIECE OF LIME FOR 2 CL LIME JUICE
– 1 SCOOP OF CRUSHED ICE
– 1 CINNAMON STICK
– 1 LIME FOR LIME HEART GARNISH
.
1. Make 2cl lime juice
2. Put small parts of pineapple in the tumbler glass
3. Add cane sugar and muddle until you see the juice
4. Add cinnamon syrup + simple syrup + dark rum + lime juice
5. Stir and fill glass with crushed ice until full
6. Garnish with cinnamon stick, lime heart and straw
FROZEN (!) DAQUIRI
REMARK: THIS IS A FROZEN COCKTAIL I ALWAYS MAKE AS YOUR LAST COCKTAIL, NOT THE FIRST ONE I COCKTAIL NEED TO BE LIKE ICE, NOT LIQUID

Gather the Ingredients:
6 STRAWBERRIES
½ MANGO (NO SEEDS)
4.5CL BACARDI WHITE RUM
2 CL SIMPLE SYRUP
3 PCS OF LIME FOR 3 CL LIME JUICE
3 SCOOPS OF CRUSHED ICE

1. Make 3cl lime juice
2. Cut strawberries and mango and put into blender
3. Add bacardi + simple syrup + lime juice + crushed ice to blender
4. Blend 10 seconds and pour into daiquiri glass
5. Garnish: straw
STRAWBERRY CAIPIROSA
Gather the equipment:
TUMBLER / MUDDLER / BLENDER / STIRRER / STRAW

Gather the ingredients:
½ LIME IN 6 PARTS – 1 TEASPOON CANE SUGAR – 4.5CL GREY GOOSE VODKA
– CRUSHED ICE – LEMON SPIRAL
* STRAWBERRY COULIS = 6 STRAWBERRIES, ¼ LEMON, 1CL SIMPLE SYRUP

1. Cut 6 strawberries in pieces and put in blender
2. Squeeze ¼ lemon by hand on top
3. Add sugarwater
4. Blend to make strawberry coulis
5. Add the 6 lime parts together with cane sugar in tumbler glass
6. Muddle with muddler until you see the juice
7. Add 4.5cl vodka and 5cl strawberry coulis
8. Fill the glass with crushed ice (100%) and stir
9. Put straw and lemon spiral for garnish
LOMBOK LICIOUS
Gather the equipment:
MARTINI GLASS / BOSTON SHAKER / STRAINER

Gather the ingrediënts
– 1 LEMON
– SUGAR
– 5 CL COGNAC
– 5 CL COINTREAU
– 3 PCS OF LIME FOR 5 CL LIME JUICE
– 8 ICECUBES
– 1 ORANGE FOR ORANGE WHEEL
.
1. Make lime juice
2. Make/take orange heart for garnish
2. Cut lime and wipe outside of martini glass with lime
3. Dip outside rim of glass in sugar
4. Add cointreau + cognac + lime juice to mix glass
5. Fill boston shaker with 8 ice cubes and shake powerful
6. Strain cocktail into martini glass and garnish with orange heart
FROZEN MINT CAIPIRINHA
Gather the equipment:
Blender, Glass with Dents

Gather the ingredients:
– 2 OZ CACHAÇA
– JUICE FROM HALF A LIME
– 2 BAR SPOONS SUGAR (APPROX. 2 TSP)
– 3 SCOOPS OF CRUSHED ICE
– 1 LIME WHEEL, FOR GARNISH
– 10 MINT LEAVES – DO NOT FORGET TO CLAP FOR BETTER TASTE
– 3 BASIL LEAVES

1. Make Lime Juice from 1/2 Lime
2. Place Lime Juice, 2 Spoons of Sugar, 5 Icecubes, 2 Oz Cachaca, 10 Mint Leaves, 3 Basil Leaves, and crushed ice in Blender
3. Blend until smooth.
4. Pour into a Caipirinha glass
5. Garnish with a lime wheel
ROSSA RINHA
Gather the Equipment:
TUMBLER GLASS / MUDDLER

Gather the ingredients:
– 1 ORANGE FOR ¼ OF ORANJE IN SMALL PIECES
– 1 TEASPOON OF CANE SUGAR
– 4.5CL MARTINI ROSSO
– 1 CL SIMPLE SYRUP
– 1 PIECE OF LIME FOR 2 CL LIME JUICE
– 1 SCOOP OF CRUSHED ICE
– 1 ORANGE HEART FOR GARNISH

1. Make 2cl lime juice
2. Put orange pieces in glass
3. Add cane sugar and muddle until you see juice
4. Add martini rosso + simple syrup + lime juice
5. Make glass full with crushed ice
6. Stir with stirrer
7. Serve with straw
8. Garnish with orange heart
HONEY DAQUIRI
Gather the Equipment:
MARTINI GLASS / STRAINER/BOSTONSHAKER / FINE STRAINER

Gather the ingredients:
– CRUSHED ICE
– 5CL BACARDI
– 3CL LIME JUICE
– 2 TEASPOON HONEY
– 10 ICE CUBES
.
1. Make the martini glass cold with crushed ice
2. Make/take lemon spiral
3. All ingredients in mixglass
3. Put 10 icecubes in boston shaker and shake very hard
4. Delete the crushed ice from the glass
5. Strain the cocktail in the glass
6. Garnish: lime spiral
WATERMELON DELIGHT
Gather the Equipment:
MARTINI GLASS / BOSTON SHAKER / BLENDER / STRAINER

Gather the ingredients
– 1 SCOOP OF CRUSHED ICE
– SLICES OF WATERMELON 5CL OF WATERMELON JUICE
– 4.5CL GREY GOOSE VODKA
– 1 LEMON FOR 3 CL LEMON JUICE
– 2CL SIMPLE SYRUP
– 8 ICE CUBES
– 1 SLICE OF WATERMELON FOR GARNISH

1. Make martini glass cold with crushed ice
2. Make 3cl lemon juice
3. Make 5cl of watermelon juice in blender
4. Fill the mix glass with watermelon juice + vodka + simple syrup
5. Add 8 ice cubes to boston shaker and shake powerful
6. Strain cocktail into martini glass and garnish with watermelon slice
