LOMBOK CUCUMBER CRISP

Gather the equipment:
TUMBLER GLASS / MUDDLER / STRAINER /BOSTONSHAKER / SIEVE /STRAW

Gather the ingredients
– 1 CUCUMBER PIECE (5CM) CUT IN SMALL PIECES
– 1 TEASPOON CANE SUGAR
– 4,5 CL GREY GOOSE VODKA
– 2 CL HONEY SYRUP
– 1 LEMON FOR 4 CL FRESH LEMON JUICE
– 12 ICECUBES
– 1 CUCUMBER FOR 4 CUCUMBER SLICES AS GARNISH
.
1. Make 4cl lemon juice
2. Add cucumber pieces to mix glass
3. Add cane sugar to mix glass and muddle until you see juice
4. Add vodka + honeysyrup + lemon juice
5. Fill boston shaker with 8 ice cubes and shake powerful
6. Fill tumbler glass with 4 ice cubes
7. Strain cocktail into tumbler glass (no cucumber into glass)
8. Garnish with 4 cucumber slices and straw

MARTINI GLASS / BLENDER / SHAKER / STRAINER

Gather the ingredients:
– CRUSHED ICE
– 5CL WATERMELON JUICE
– 4,5CL GREY GOOSE VODKA
– VANILLA POWDER
– 3CL LEMON JUICE
– 2CL SUGARWATER
– 8 ICE CUBES –
– 1 TEASPOON VANILLA
– 1 VANILLA STICK FOR GARNISH

1. Make martini glass cold with crushed ice
2. Prepare some fresh vanilla with peeler
2. Make 3cl lemon juice
3. Make 5cl of watermelon juice in blender
4. Fill the mix glass with watermelon juice + vodka + simple syrup + fresh peeled vanilla
5. Add 8 ice cubes to boston shaker and shake powerful
6. Strain cocktail into martini glass
7. Garnish with vanilla stick through the watermelon slice
8. Vanilla powder on top as garnish

LOMBOK LICIOUS

Gather the equipment:
MARTINI GLASS / BOSTON SHAKER / STRAINER

Gather the ingrediënts
– 1 LEMON
– SUGAR
– 5 CL COGNAC
– 5 CL COINTREAU
– 3 PCS OF LIME FOR 5 CL LIME JUICE
– 8 ICECUBES
– 1 ORANGE FOR ORANGE WHEEL
.
1. Make lime juice
2. Make/take orange heart for garnish
2. Cut lime and wipe outside of martini glass with lime
3. Dip outside rim of glass in sugar
4. Add cointreau + cognac + lime juice to mix glass
5. Fill boston shaker with 8 ice cubes and shake powerful
6. Strain cocktail into martini glass and garnish with orange heart

LOMBOK FEVER

Gather the Equipment:
MARTINI GLASS / BOSTON SHAKER

Gather the ingredients:
FRESH GINGER
2 SOUP SPOON CANE SUGAR
4.5cl BACARDI RESERVA RUM
2 CL GINGER SYRUP
1 ORANGE FOR 2 CL FRESH ORANJE JUICE
3 PCS OF LIME FOR 3 CL FRESH LIME JUICE
10 ICECUBES

1. Make 2cl orange juice
2. Make 3cl lime juice
3. Wipe outside rim of glass with piece of ginger
4. Dip outside of glass in cane sugar
5. Take mix glass and fill with bacardi + ginger syrup + orange juice + lime juice
6. Fill boston shaker with 10 icecubes and shake powerful
7. Use sieve to double strain into martini glass

 

LOMBOK MOJITO

Gather the Equipment:
HEAVY THICK MOJITO GLASS / MUDDLES / STIRRER / STRAW
.
Gather the ingredients:
– 15 MINT LEAVES
– 1 TEA SPOON CANE SUGAR
– 4.5 CL BACARDI RESERVA RUM
– 2 TEA SPOON PASTIS
– 2 CL SIMPLE SYRUP
– 2PCS OF LIME FOR 4 CL LIME JUICE
– ¼ OF LIME WITH SKIN
– 2 SCOOPS OF CRUSHED ICE
– 10 MINT LEAVES FOR GARNISH – SODA
– STAR ANIS FOR GARNISH
.
1. Clap the lime leaves (for better taste)
2. Put 15 mint leaves in heavy thick glass
3. Add cane sugar and muddle/stirr slowly and softly
4. Add bacardi + simple syrup + lime juice and squeezed part of ¼ lime (with skin)
5. Fill heavy thick glass with crushed ice
6. Add pastis and stir
7. Garnish with 10 mint leaves (no black spots)
8. Pinch mint carefully (for mint smell)
9. Decorate with star anis
10. Serve with straw

LOMBOK MARTINI

Gather the Equipment:
HEAVY THICK MOJITO GLASS / MUDDLES / STIRRER / STRAW

Gather the ingredients:
1 SCOOP OF CRUSHED ICE
5 CL GREY GOOSE VODKA
2 SLICES OF FRESH GINGER
2 SLICES OF CUCUMBER
½ TEA SPOON WASABI
8 ICECUBES

1. Make martini glass cold with crushed ice
2. Add vodka + ginger + 1 slice of cucumber + wasabi + 8 ice cubes in mix glass
3. Stir 10 seconds and strain in martini glass
4. Garnish with cucumber slice and wooden stirrer

LOMBOK CINNAMON VODKA

Gather the equipment:
MARTINI GLASS / BOSTON SHAKER / MUDDLER / STRAINER

Gather the Ingredients:
– 1 SCOOP OF CRUSHED ICE
– 1 KIWI FOR 1/3 KIWI IN PIECES
– 1 TEASPOON CANE SUGAR
– 1 LEMON FOR 3CL FRESH LEMON JUICE
– 4,5CL GREY GOOSE VODKA
– 2CL CINNAMON SYRUP
– 8 ICE CUBES
– 1 CINNAMON STICK –
– 1 MINT LEAF

1. Make 3cl lemon juice
2. Make martini glass cold with crushed ice
3. Add pcs of kiwi + cane sugar to mix glass
4. Crush kiwi together with cane sugar in mix glass until you see juice
5. Add lemon juice + vodka + cinnamon syrup to mixing glass
6. Fill boston shaker with 8 ice cubes and shake powerful
7. Delete crushed ice from martini glass
8. Pour into martini glass using strainer
9. Garnish with cinnamon stick and mint leaf

L. SWEET & SOUR VODKA

Gather the Equipment:
MARTINI GLASS / BLENDER / BOSTON SHAKER / STRAINER

Gather the Ingredients:
– 1 SCOOP OF CRUSHED ICE
– 6 STRAWBERRIES IN SMALL PIECES
– JUICE FROM ¼ LEMON
– 2 PIECES OF LIME FOR 3CL LIME JUICE
– 2CL SIMPLE SYRUP
– 4,5CL GREY GOOSE VODKA
– 2CL HONEY SYRUP
– 8 ICE CUBES
– 1 SMALL CHOPPED CHILI
– 1 BIG SPLITTED DECO CHILI

1. Make the martini glass cold with crushed ice
2. Make 3cl lime juice
3. Make the big splitted chili for deco
4. Blend the 6 strawberries + lemonjuice + 1 cl simple syrup till coulis
5. Add vodka + 1 cl sugarwater + honey + chopped chili + strawberry coulis to mixglas
6. Add limejuice
7. Fill boston shaker with 8 ice cubes and shake powerful
8. Delete crushed ice from martini glass
9. Strain in cold martini glass and garnish with big splitted chili

FROZEN WATERMELON MOJITO

Mojito Glass (different than picture) / BLENDER / STRAW

Gather the Ingredients:
– 5 BIG SLICES OF WATERMELON
– 3 SCOOPS OF CRUSHED ICE
– 2 CL SIMPLE SYRUP
– 6 MINT LEAFS – CLAP THE MINT LEAVES
– 3 MINT LEAFS FOR GARNISH
– 4.5CL BACARDI WHITE RUM
– 3 PCS OF LIME FOR 3 CL LIME JUICE

1. Make 3 cl lime juice
2. Cut the watermelon and put into blender
3. Add bacardi + simple syrup + lime juice + crushed ice to blender
4. Blend 10 seconds and pour frozen liquid into Mojito wine glass
5. Garnish: straw and mint – Pinch mint carefully (for mint smell)
6. Garnish: Slice or cube of Watermelon

LIMONCELLO GIN COLLINS

RED WINE GLASS / BOSTON SHAKER / STRAINER / STRAW

Gather the Ingredients:
– 3 CL BOMBAY SAPPHIRE GIN
– 2 OZ LIMONCELLO
– 2 MINT LEAVES
– 1 LEMON FOR 2 CL LEMONJUICE
– 15 ICECUBES
– SODA/SPARKLING WATER IN KARAF
– 1 LEMON FOR LEMON WHEEL

1. Make 2cl lemon juice
2. Add gin to the mix glass
3. Add the lemon juice + limoncello to the glass + 2 Mint Leaves
4. Add 8 ice cubes to boston shaker and shake hard
5. Strain Limoncello collins into long dring glass filled with 7 ice cubes
7. Garnish with lemon wheel and serve with straw
8. Top off with soda in karaf in front of guest
9. Place karaf in left under corner of cocktail tray guest
