MONDAY
SOBER SOUR SIPPER MOCKTAIL

Gather the Equipment:
MARTINI GLASS / BLENDER / BOSTON SHAKER / STRAINER
.
Gather the Ingredients:
– 1 SCOOP OF CRUSHED ICE
– 6 STRAWBERRIES IN SMALL PIECES
– JUICE FROM ¼ LEMON
– 2 PIECES OF LIME FOR 3CL LIME JUICE
– 2CL SIMPLE SYRUP
– 4,5 CL GALON WATER
– 2 CL HONEY SYRUP
– 8 ICE CUBES
– 1 SMALL CHOPPED CHILI
– 1 BIG SPLITTED DECO CHILI
.
1. make the martini glass cold with crushed ice
2. make 3cl lime juice
3. make the big splitted chili for deco
4. blend the 6 strawberries + lemonjuice + 1 cl simple syrup till coulis
5. add galon water + 1 cl sugarwater + honey + chopped chili + strawberry coulis to mixglas
6. add limejuice
7. fill boston shaker with 8 ice cubes and shake powerful
8. delete crushed ice from martini glass
9. strain in cold martini glass and garnish with big splitted chili

TUESDAY

Gather the Equipment:

Gather the ingredients:
FRESH GINGER
2 SOUP SPOON CANE SUGAR
2 CL GINGER SYRUP
1 ORANGE FOR 2 CL FRESH ORANJE JUICE
3 PCS OF LIME FOR 3 CL FRESH LIME JUICE
10 ICECUBES
1 XL ORANGE SPIRAL FOR GARNISH
.
1. make 2cl orange juice
2. make 3cl lime juice
3. wipe outside rim of glass with piece of ginger
4. dip outside of glass in cane sugar
5. take mix glass and fill with bacardi + ginger syrup + orange juice + lime juice
6. fill boston shaker with 10 icecubes and shake powerful
7. use sieve to double strain into martini glass
8. 1 XL ORANGE SPIRAL FOR GARNISH – DIFFERENT THAN PICTURE

 

WEDNESDAY
ICED MELON MOCKTAIL

Gather the equipment:
MARTINI GLASS / BLENDER / SHAKER / STRAINER
.
Gather the ingredients:

½SMALL HONEYDEW MELON (HALVED, DESEEDED AND ROUGHLY CHOPPED)
1 TSP MAPLE SYRUP
2 TBSPS LIME JUICE
8 ICECUBES
1 CUP SODA WATER
3 MELON BALLS ON STIRRER

.
1.Place the melon, syrup, lime juice and 4 ice cubes in a blender and blend thoroughly.
2.Divide between two glasses and add the remaining ice cubes.
3.Top up with mineral water.
4.Garnish with the melon ball skewers and mint leaves.

THURSDAY
LOMBOK KIWI KISS MOCKTAIL

Gather the equipment:
MARTINI GLASS / BOSTON SHAKER / MUDDLER / STRAINER
.
Gather the Ingredients:
– 1 SCOOP OF CRUSHED ICE
– 1 KIWI FOR 1/3 KIWI IN PIECES
– 1 TEASPOON CANE SUGAR
– 1 LEMON FOR 3CL FRESH LEMON JUICE
– 4,5CL GALON WATER
– 2CL CINNAMON SYRUP
– 8 ICE CUBES
– 1 CINNAMON STICK –
– 1 MINT LEAF XL WITH NEW MINI KLIP OUTSIDE
.
1. make 3cl lemon juice
2. make martini glass cold with crushed ice
3. add pcs of kiwi + cane sugar to mix glass
4. crush kiwi together with cane sugar in mix glass until you see juice
5. add lemon juice + galon water + cinnamon syrup to mixing glass
6. fill boston shaker with 8 ice cubes and shake powerful
7. delete crushed ice from martini glass
8. pour into martini glass using strainer
9. garnish 1: Cinnamon stick
10. GARNISH 2: XL- MINT LEAF XL WITH NEW MINI KLIP OUTSIDE

Gather the Equipment:
MARTINI GLASS / STRAINER/BOSTON SHAKER / FINE STRAINER

Gather the ingredients:
– CRUSHED ICE
– 5CL Galon Water
– 3CL LIME JUICE
– 2 TEASPOON HONEY
– 10 ICE CUBES
.
1. make the martini glass cold with crushed ice
2. make/take lemon spiral
3. all ingredients in mixglass
3. put 10 icecubes in boston shaker and shake very hard
4. delete the crushed ice from the glass
5. strain the cocktail in the glass
6. garnish: ORANGE spiral – XL (!!)

Lime juice – Fresh Grated Lombok Ginger – Trigona Honey – MintGather the equipment:

TUMBLER GLASS / MUDDLER / STRAINER /BOSTONSHAKER / SIEVE /STRAW

GATHER THE INGREDIENTS
1 OZ FRESH LIME JUICE
2 TSP FRESH GRATED GINGER
½ OZ TRIGANA HONEY
1 SPRIG OF MINT XL, FOR GARNISH
LIME SLICE, FOR GARNISH
.
Instructions:
Add lime juice, Trigona, and fresh ginger to a cocktail shaker filled with ice. Shake and let the shaker sit for a minute so the ginger flavor can infuse. Strain into a glass. Add crushed ice. Garnish with a XL sprig of mint and lime slice.

2 CL SIMPLE SYRUP

1. make 3cl lime juice
2. cut strawberries and put into blender
3. add galon water + simple syrup + lime juice + crushed ice to blender
4. blend 10 seconds and pour into daiquiri glass
5. garnish: straw
