Intrigued by Chef Jiwa Raga’s newest discovery — a superfood I had somehow overlooked — I found myself wanting to know more about Moringa, often lovingly referred to here as Lombok’s Matcha. A little research revealed what our chef already knew: Moringa truly is a kind of magic — a gift from the Moringa Oleifera Tree, native to South Asia and now thriving under the island sun of Lombok.
