  A minimum of 4 hours notice is required for cancellation of any appointment.
  “No Show” will be charged at 50% of total treatment price.

  Kindly advise us of any health conditions, allergies or injuries, which may affect your treatment, when making our spa reservation.

• I N – R O O M – S P A

  We do offer a Spa-In-Lodge Service, alternatively a Spa-At-The-Beach Service, available with the additional charge of 250++, price per person.

• R E S E R V A T I O N

  Feel free to contact your E-Butler in order to block your space, alternatively our guests assistants are ready at our hotel reception in order to assist with your reservation.

  Prices stated are in Indonesian Rupiah and subject to 21% tax- and service charge.

• V A L U A B L E S

  We request that all valuables are stored in deposit box of your Lodge. The Lombok Lodge will not be responsible for loss of any items, cash or valuables.

• P R E G N A N C Y

  Thank you to inform us in advance if you are pregnant so we can guide you in selecting the treatment that is most suitable for you during this special time. Pre-natal massage is is strictly not advisable during the first trimester and beyond the eighth month of pregnancy.

  Please feel free to visit The Lodge Frangipani Spa dressed in your bathrobe and slippers.

  Offline is the new Luxury.
  For the courtesy of our guests, all mobile phones and electronic devices should be switched off / in silent mode at The Spa area.

• S P A – H O U R S

  The Lombok Lodge Frangipani Spa is open from 9:00 am until 8:00 pm. Please be informed that our last treatment appointment is at 7:00pm. Please arrive at least 10 minutes prior to your scheduled treatment time. Arriving late will shorten your treatment as your treatment will end on time to avoid further delays.
