As we are currently having issues with the linked WhatsApp accounts — and because our response time to guests over the past few days has been TOO SLOW — we are trying a new setup to provide faster and better service.
SPEEDY
A new MacBook is now available as our dedicated TLLH WhatsApp Admin MacBook. Internally, we’ll call it “SPEEDY”
SPEEDY must:
• Always be in the hands of one designated FO / E-Butler on duty
• Be FULLY COVERED at all times
• All incoming guest WhatsApp messages must receive a response within 2 minutes
• During your shift, this may mean working with 2 MacBooks in front of you from time to time — your normal MacBook + WA Guardian

The person holding SPEEDY has primary responsibility for monitoring incoming WhatsApp messages and making sure nothing is left unanswered.

The Difference is in the details.
Excellence is not an accident
Hold the envelope with both hands — gently by the lower sides or corners. Avoid covering the guest’s name or the hotel logo.
Orient it toward the guest — the hotel logo and/or guest’s name should face the guest, so they can read it immediately. Never present it upside down from their perspective.
Present, do not simply hand over — extend both hands smoothly toward the guest and say, for example, “Ms. Smith, this is for you.”
Release only when the guest has taken it — avoid letting go prematurely or placing it casually into one hand.
Return to the service posture — bring your hands back smoothly and fold/clasp them neatly in front of your body, maintaining eye contact and a pleasant expression.
